Total Liability Cap: Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service, regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise), shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or AED 1,000 (one thousand UAE Dirhams), whichever is greater.

7.4 No Warranty

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. The invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and UAE Cultural Map regarding the use of our Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
